Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with IT support, troubleshooting, or help desk work.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or EHR systems (through school, internships, or work).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, hands-on, in-person support for EHRs and clinical applications.
• Assist with day-to-day system maintenance and basic configuration tasks.
• Help onboard new staff, manage user access, and support workflows.
• Learn and support healthcare systems such as Athena Practice and Dentrix.
• Assist with basic integration and support of clinical devices.
