Job summary

Femwell Group Health is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Intergy and eCW platforms. The role includes onboarding new practices, creating manuals and eLearning materials, and leading remote or in-person sessions.

You will serve as SME for Intergy/eCW workflows, support go-live activities, and collaborate with the Implementation team to optimize client adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering training or support for healthcare software systems such as EHR/PM platforms.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for Intergy and eCW.
• Schedule and lead onboarding trainings, including remote and in-person formats.
• Collaborate with Implementation to assess client needs and design training approaches.
