Medical Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an eClinicalWorks Clinical EHR Trainer to deliver end-user training and support healthcare organizations in effective use of the eCW system.

The role focuses on providers, nurses, and administrative staff, emphasizing system functionality, standard workflows, and user adoption, with remote and onsite training and occasional travel in the Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• Deliver remote and onsite eCW training to providers, clinical staff, admin users, and leadership teams.
• Provide role-based instruction on eCW functionality and standard workflows.
• Assist with basic workflow review and communicate training needs to project leadership.
• Support users with templates, order sets, structured data, alerts, and clinical documentation workflows.
• Facilitate end-user training sessions and post-go-live training activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote and onsite eClinicalWorks training for various user groups.
• Conduct workflow discovery sessions and assess current-state operations.
• Develop recommendations for workflow improvements and EHR optimization.
• Configure and support templates, orders, structured data, alerts, and documentation workflows.
• Create training materials and quick-reference guides.
