RURAL HEALTH CARE INC dba Aza Health in Palatka, FL seeks an EHR Clerical Trainer for a full-time role with a Mon-Thu 8:00 am–6:30 pm schedule. The position focuses on training end-users in Practice Management and EHR systems and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation within health records.

You will conduct onboarding, provide Level 1 support, and collaborate with IT Directors to drive process improvements and maintain current procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 2 years on Medical Billing/Collections.

Responsabilités

• Train end-users on Practice Management System, EMR, and related tools.
• Perform employee orientation for new hires.
• Provide Level 1 end-user application support for EHR/PM systems.
• Verify correct use of software; conduct proficiency checklists.
• Analyze training needs and propose new or improved programs.
• Document and monitor completion of training using Training Manager software.
• Submit monthly audits and discuss results with IT Director.
• Maintain training records and communicate updates in meetings.
