Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking an energetic EHR Clinical Analyst to deliver high-quality EHR training, support, and process optimization for Clinical staff. You will also support process improvement, reporting, and successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.

The role involves conducting new hire EHR classroom training, creating materials, and providing hands-on support during implementations, with occasional remote flexibility and day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare IT.
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse, or RHIT preferred.
• 1–3 years’ EHR experience in a medical practice environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher sessions.
• Create and update training materials and job aids.
• Answer the Clinical EHR support line and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets.
• Perform site visits to assess current-state workflows.
• Provide in-person elbow support during implementations and go-lives.
