Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• College or certification in health information or electronic health records strongly desired.
• 0-2 years in EHR support, health information management, or related experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating EHR data for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide end-user support for troubleshooting and system navigation.
• Track and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in system upgrades and testing initiatives.
• Maintain user access and security groups.
