Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Health Informatics professional for a fully remote role focused on data management, analysis, and reporting to support clinical practice and operations.

The position requires knowledge of health informatics and at least two years' experience with clinical information systems and health IT, plus project and change management capabilities. You will collaborate on performance improvement and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Health Informatics through a combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a working knowledge of Health Informatics with at least two (2) years of experience in an informatics or related role and experience with clinical information systems and health information technology.
• Basic understanding of clinical treatment modalities, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management principles.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Researches, collects & analyzes information. Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution.
• Collaborates on performance improvement activities as indicated by outcomes in program efficiency & patient experience. Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
