Job summary

Guidehouse in Washington, DC area is looking for a Change Management and Adoption Consultant to support an electronic health record implementation. You will guide end users onsite, deliver change management tools, analyze workflows end-to-end, and help teams prepare for go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of change management or training experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on site during pre- and post go-live activities.
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as an end user preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support change management implementation and execute the overarching change management strategy.
• Deliver change management communications to inform the organization of the OCM program.
• Provide insight and manage coordinated change impacts across affected organizations.
• Support pre-go-live activities including training and adoption events.
• Guide client conversations toward effective outcomes.
• Educate partners about change management value and engage practitioners.
• Build relationships with service line staff as a primary point of contact.
• Develop slide decks and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress on initiatives and workstreams.
