Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health IT or a related field.
• Three years of relevant experience; or an Associate’s degree with five years of experience.
• Experience with EHR systems and coordinating changes with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training materials and assist in staff training.
• Document workflows and procedures for the EHR.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of EHR changes.
• Collaborate with EHR vendor and agency leadership.
• Respond to EHR help desk escalations and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a change log and interfaces documentation.
• Develop and manage security profiles and access controls.
• Onsite presence is an essential function of the job.
