Fuse3 Solutions in Oklahoma City seeks a Clinical Specialist to support, maintain, and improve its Electronic Health Records system. You'll work with end users, leadership, training teams, and the EHR vendor to troubleshoot, coordinate changes, and document workflows.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting an EHR/EMR environment, plus strong communication, training material development, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 3 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with additional relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting an EHR/EMR or healthcare application environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting application or user issues and escalating complex problems.
  • Experience developing or maintaining training materials, workflow documentation, or process guides.
  • Strong communication skills to explain system and workflow information to technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with system testing, implementations, upgrades, or change management is preferred.
  • Experience working with EHR vendors, application support teams, or cross-functional stakeholders is a plus.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve escalated EHR support requests and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and coordinate resolutions with internal resources and the EHR vendor.
  • Maintain EHR training materials, reference guides, workflow documentation, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Assist with user training and ongoing system education.
  • Review system updates and communicate changes that may impact users or workflows.
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of EHR updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Track system change requests and new requirements from initial request through implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve EHR workflows, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Document system changes, configurations, and resolutions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system interface and data communication issues.
  • Support user access and role-based security within the EHR.
  • Collaborate with users, leadership, technical resources, and vendor support teams.
  • Participate in new EHR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Clinical Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK – Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

A growing organization is seeking an Clinical Specialist to support the effective use, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its Electronic Health Records system.

This position will work closely with end users, leadership, training teams, system support resources, and the EHR vendor to troubleshoot issues, coordinate system changes, maintain documentation, support training, and improve workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supporting an EHR/EMR environment, rather than solely using an EHR as part of their day‑to‑day position.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position in Oklahoma City with a Monday–Friday schedule. The initial contract is expected to last 6–12 months.
