Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking an Electronic Health Record Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize the organization’s EHR system across a multi-state environment. You will work with program leadership, clinical teams, quality and compliance staff, training teams, and IT to enhance day-to-day use, improve workflows, and promote consistent documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management or related field preferred; High School diploma accepted.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience with an Electronic Health Record system.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or ID/DD services preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations preferred.
• Experience with system administration, workflow design, training, or implementation support preferred.
