Job summary

HCA Florida Lehigh Hospital is seeking an EHR Support Analyst II to serve as a key onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of a broad set of clinical applications. You will lead the facility's core clinical systems team, provide second level support, and drive testing and implementation of new modules and products.

You will also develop training materials and promote standardization across the division.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in clinical application support
• Understanding of clinical operations and processes
• Understanding of reporting tools functionality and capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinical and IT staff
• Must be able to drive to assigned sites to complete work

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite core clinical systems team on IT activities
• Provide second level support for incidents and requests
• Lead facility-based implementations of clinical software releases
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training
• Promote division standardization, utilization and integration
• Coordinate facility clinical reporting requests and validate results
• Perform quality audits and track metrics related to clinical application use
• Build strong relationships with nurses, physicians and facility leadership
