Job summary

Grand Strand Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an EHR Support Analyst II to serve as a key onsite clinical IT resource for implementing and supporting clinical applications. You will lead the facility's core clinical systems team, provide second-level support, and drive testing and deployment of new modules.

This role collaborates with the Division EHR Support Team, develops training materials, and promotes standardization across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• RN strongly preferred
• 1–3 years' experience in clinical application support or related clinical work
• Occasional intermittent local travel required

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of clinical applications
• Lead and facilitate the facility's core clinical systems team on clinical IT activities
• Provide second-level support to resolve incidents or fulfill requests from division Service Desk
• Lead facility-based implementations of clinical applications software releases and new products
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training as needed
• Promote division standardization, utilization, integration and optimization of clinical applications
