Job summary

HCA Florida JFK North Hospital is seeking an Application Analyst II to oversee application activities, provide second/third tier support, and assist with upgrades and new implementations. The role acts as an escalation point and helps drive application roadmaps with strong collaboration across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years IT or healthcare experience, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports application implementation and support with greater responsibility than junior analysts.
• Serves as SME for assigned applications.
• Assists multi-facility implementation initiatives.
• Escalates and resolves application incidents and issues.
• Participates in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
• Collaborates to test and implement new applications.
• Develops policies, best practices, and training as needed.
• Promotes standardization, integration, and optimization across the division.
