Job summary

Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking an EHR Support Analyst IIc to serve as a key onsite clinical IT resource for implementing and supporting a broad set of clinical applications. You will lead the facility's core clinical systems team, provide second‑level support, and collaborate with division resources to resolve incidents and drive optimization.

The role includes leading testing and implementation of new modules, maintaining facility dictionaries, and training staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in clinical application support or related clinical work.
• Occasional/intermittent travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of a broad set of clinical applications.
• Leads and facilitates the facility's core clinical systems team on clinical IT activities.
• Provides second level support as a clinical SME to resolve incidents or fulfill requests from the division Service Desk.
• Leads facility-based implementations of clinical applications software releases and new products.
• Provides on-call assistance as needed.
• Develops training materials and delivers hands-on training as needed.
