Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Vended Ancillary Applications Analyst II to support EHR and integrated ancillary systems. You will work with clinical, business, and IT teams to implement and optimize applications, while coordinating with vendors and internal customers.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and a proactive approach to lifecycle management of healthcare software systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related work experience in healthcare IT or integrated systems.
• Familiarity with Windows desktop/server OS and remote connectivity tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and vendor-supported healthcare systems/applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality work within established timeframes on multiple projects.
• Understand business requirements through close collaboration with users.
• Coordinate with IS and vendors to address business needs and options.
• Document analysis, design, procedures, and user guides; mentor juniors.
• Provide on-call/after-hours support when required.
