Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an EHR Support Analyst 2 to serve as an onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of a broad set of clinical applications. You will lead the facility's core clinical systems team, provide second-level support, and manage testing and implementation of new modules to improve division standardization and optimization.

The role involves collaborating with the Division EHR Support Team, creating training materials, and delivering hands-on training

Qualifications

• Understanding of clinical operations and processes.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and accreditation guidelines.
• Ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clinical and IT staff.
• Customer-oriented mindset and leadership abilities.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel to assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the facility's core clinical systems team on IT activities.
• Provide second-level support for clinical application incidents and requests.
• Act as project leader for facility-based implementations of software releases.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of new modules/applications.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training.
• Promote standardization, integration, and optimization of clinical applications.
