Job summary

Medical City Frisco is seeking an EHR Support Analyst II to serve as a key onsite clinical IT resource for implementing and supporting a broad set of clinical applications. You will lead the facility's core clinical systems team, resolve incidents as a clinical SME, and collaborate with division resources on testing and implementation of new modules.

The role requires building training materials, promoting standardization, and driving optimization plans across facilities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of clinical operations and processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and IT staff.
• Experience with clinical applications and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key onsite clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support of clinical applications.
• Lead and facilitate the facility's core clinical systems team on clinical IT activities.
• Provide second level support as a clinical SME to resolve incidents or fulfill requests.
• Manage resolution of clinical application incidents with division Service Desk and other resources.
• Act as project leader for facility-based implementations of clinical applications software releases and new products.
• Provide on-call assistance as needed and develop training materials.
• Support testing, implementation, and standardization across facilities within the division.
