Job summary

BranCore Technologies, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking an EHR Stability Analyst to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement of the client’s EHR system. The role supports Local Health District end users, documents needs, and partners with technical teams and vendors to align the EHR with clinical requirements.

The ideal candidate will contribute to interim solutions, help define long-term system improvements, and be on-site for go-live and ongoing weekly presence.

Qualifications

• Experience providing application support, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation and enhancement analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows.
• Experience participating in structured testing cycles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and escape issues appropriately.
• Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend effective alternative solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
