Job summary

Glacial Ridge Health System in Glenwood, MN is seeking an EHR Services Specialist II to join our on-site team. This role focuses on MEDITECH, supporting both Clinical and Financial modules, and improving workflows to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on MEDITECH features and functionality and deliver workflow improvements.
• Ensure MEDITECH Clinical & Financial systems are used to their full potential; research MEDITECH and GRHS needs.
• Assist all departments with implementation and troubleshooting.
• Create instructional workflow documents detailing processes for EMR users.
• Assist the EHR Services Manager with maintenance, permissions, and setup as needed.
• Train employees using MEDITECH applications and related software (Financial & Clinical).
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and conference calls as applicable.
• Log issues and resolutions in Samanage.
