Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on MEDITECH features and functionality and deliver workflow improvements.
• Ensure MEDITECH Clinical & Financial systems are used to their full potential; research MEDITECH and GRHS needs.
• Assist all departments with implementation and troubleshooting.
• Create instructional workflow documents detailing processes for EMR users.
• Assist the EHR Services Manager with maintenance, permissions, and setup as needed.
• Train employees using MEDITECH applications and related software (Financial & Clinical).
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and conference calls as applicable.
• Log issues and resolutions in Samanage.

Glacial Ridge Health System is seeking a skilled and service-minded Electronic Health Record (EHR) Services Specialist II to join our dedicated team. Duties and Responsibilities require you to be on-site in Glenwood, MN. This is not a remote position. Do you enjoy problem-solving, helping others, and improving systems? Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for staying up to date on MEDITECH features and functionality. Deliver solutions that will improve workflow and productivity.
• Responsible for making sure Glacial Ridge Health System is using both the Clinical & Financial systems of MEDITECH to their full potential. This may require research gathering from MEDITECH and Glacial Ridge Health System.
• Assist all departments with implementation and troubleshooting.
• Create instructional workflow documents detailing processes for EMR users.
• Assist the EHR Services Manager with maintenance, permissions, and setup as needed.
• Responsible for training employees using the MEDITECH applications and any other software that assists with the EMR. (Financial & Clinical)
• Required to attend meetings, training sessions, and conference calls when applicable.
• Required to log issues and resolutions in Samanage.
