Episcopal Health Services Inc. is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to optimize MEDITECH PHA workflows, configure dictionaries, and support CDS rules. You will collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, and IT to improve system efficiency and patient care across clinical units.

Responsibilities include leading tests and migrations, auditing configurations for compliance, and providing ongoing user support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant clinical or IT field is required.
• 3-5+ years healthcare IT experience supporting MEDITECH PHA.
• Experience with dictionary maintenance, PHA billing, and CDS rules.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare interoperability standards.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate healthcare operational processes to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
• Capture functional specifications and end-user requirements for healthcare technologies.
• Engage stakeholders to extract business requirements through interviews and sessions.
• Configure MEDITECH 6.0/Expanse PHA dictionaries and CDS rules.
• Lead testing, change control, and migrations from MEDITECH to Expanse.
• Troubleshoot issues, assist with regulatory compliance, and provide user support.
