Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating readiness, end-user education, training, or enablement with external vendors or software providers.
• Experience supporting large, complex technology implementations (EHR/ERP) including go-live activities.
• Experience developing training content aligned with policies, workflows, and technology systems.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating readiness or training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness strategy, end-user education activities, timelines, and dependencies across divisions and deployment phases.
• Serve as main contact between program leadership, clinical teams, IT, and vendors to align readiness efforts.
• Assess readiness needs by analyzing workflows, EHR functionality, user roles, and program requirements to identify gaps and solutions.
• Review and adapt vendor readiness plans to align with policies, workflows, and regulatory standards.
• Develop role-based EHR readiness materials, including curricula, guides, user aids, simulations, and SOPs.
• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and train-the-trainer readiness activities and post-go-live support.
