The role provides clinical leadership for planning, managing, integrating, and implementing clinical information systems and technology across the administration.

You will engage nursing staff and other disciplines, guiding operational readiness activities to foster ownership of the new EHR and ensure successful adoption

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing with two years of nursing experience.
• A valid Washington State license to practice as an RN.
• Preferred: master's degree in nursing or equivalent; training in healthcare information systems.
• Ability to teach and train others; ensure compliance with federal standards.

Aufgaben

• Align workflows, processes, forms, and assessments across BHHA to the foundational EHR system.
• Direct nurses and staff in adopting new workflow processes, assessments, and tools.
• Understand and articulate current state primary facility workflows across BHHA facilities; map end-to-end processes.
• Promote EHR-related activities and encourage adoption of the EHR.
• Participate in system design and configuration of the EHR as needed.
• Support leadership in utilizing reports and defining business requirements for new reports.
