Responsibilities

• EHR and Clinical Application Support: provide front-line training, troubleshooting, and support for EHR and practice management systems.
• Resolve first-line EHR, application, hardware, and peripheral issues; escalate complex issues.
• Respond to workflow questions and liaise between departments and vendors on functionality issues.
• Process user access requests in accordance with access/termination procedures.
• Fulfill routine data and reporting requests using established templates.
• Maintain ticketing discipline and participate in regular check-ins.
