Job summary

Qualifacts is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer – EHR Integrations and Security, to bridge sales and technical teams. You will articulate integration capabilities (HL7, FHIR, REST APIs), demonstrate secure architecture, and tailor solutions for healthcare and SaaS clients.

This hybrid role supports Tampa or Nashville offices, with on-site collaboration and customer-facing engagements to drive adoption and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or software integration within healthcare or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of EHR architecture and integration protocols (HL7, FHIR, REST APIs).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with security frameworks including ISO certification, audit logging, and RBAC.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and present integration solutions for client environments (HL7, FHIR, API workflows).
• Lead technical demos of EHR platforms (CareLogic, Credible, InSync) with emphasis on security features.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client infrastructure and data governance needs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with architecture diagrams and security protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to align requirements with platform capabilities.
• Serve as liaison between sales, product, and implementation teams for smooth onboarding.
• Provide post-demo technical support and assist in deployments.
• Maintain demo environments reflecting real-world use cases and compliance.
