Job summary

Elsevier Clinical Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer to be the technical expert behind ClinicalKey, our flagship clinical decision support platform. You will articulate how ClinicalKey integrates with customer EHRs and guide their IT teams through security and data governance reviews.

In this role, you will deliver tailored demonstrations, support discovery calls, and help evaluate FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and SMART on FHIR readiness. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales engineering or clinical informatics role in healthcare tech.
• Familiarity with EHR platforms and integration models.
• Ability to navigate security, privacy and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-demand technical partner to ClinicalKey sellers during deals.
• Lead technical discovery and assess patient context and integration points.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing ClinicalKey in the clinical workflow.
• Coordinate with Security and Legal for HIPAA/BAA questions.
