Job summary

Firelands-Health seeks a Clinical Systems Liaison to lead selection, design, development, and implementation of clinical systems. You will support, train, and guide daily activities of clinical systems used across care teams, physicians, nurses, and staff.

This role interfaces with Informatics and IT, drives workflow improvements, and develops training resources to enhance EHR usage and patient care processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years clinical acute care/ambulatory experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• CPR and professional certifications as requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of clinical systems.
• Provide end-user training and instructional materials for clinicians.
• Coordinate with IT and Informatics to optimize workflows and system integrations.
• Develop documentation to assist training and compliance.
• Monitor service requests and troubleshoot clinical software issues.
