Job summary

CHS Corporate is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Adoption Specialist to lead Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, readiness, workflow adoption, and optimization across multiple facilities. This role combines Oracle Health application knowledge, nursing workflow expertise, instructional design, competency validation, and change-adoption leadership to support safe, consistent system use.

You will design and deliver role-based education, maintain curricula and competency assessments,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Allied Health, or related field is required.
7 years of experience in clinical systems training or similar education roles; Oracle Health nursing workflow experience preferred.
Experience with go-live, stabilization, and workflow-validation activities is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Health Cerner training, onboarding, readiness, and adoption activities.
Design and deliver role-based curricula, competency assessments, and job aids.
Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, simulation-based, and on-demand learning.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, informatics, and education teams to reflect approved workflows.
Monitor adoption outcomes, maintain content repositories, and update materials for upgrades.
