Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to provide data-driven insights and operational support for centralized billing operations.

You will work with subject matter experts to ensure timely, accurate billing, benchmarking, and reporting across multiple revenue cycle functions. You will analyze claims data, payer contracts, and EOBs, identify denial trends, and support leadership with ad hoc analyses and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related analyst experience, preferably in revenue cycle or hospital billing.
• Advanced skills in using Excel and BI data applications to maneuver through large data sets.
• Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing requirements (UB-04) and payer reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Run and analyze large datasets from claims, contracts, and operations.
• Analyze reimbursement using payer contracts and policies; compare actual vs expected.
• Review EOBs and remittances to identify denial trends and reduce rejections.
• Conduct root cause analyses and identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Develop dashboards and metrics with IT and Reporting teams to track performance.
