Job summary

Emerus, a leader in small-format hospitals, seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join the Centralized Billing Office. You will provide data‑driven analyses, reporting, and operational support across revenue cycle activities.

Responsibilities include analyzing payer contracts, EOBs, denials, and reimbursement trends; updating fee schedules and dashboards; and supporting leadership with actionable insights. Candidates should have 3+ years of related experience, advanced Excel and BI skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related analyst experience in revenue cycle.
• Advanced skills in Excel and BI data applications.
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient billing (UB-04) required.
• CMS Medicare knowledge; Texas Medicaid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from claims, contracts, and operations.
• Identify denial trends and reduce controllable rejections.
• Provide ad hoc information and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity across revenue cycle systems.
• Update fee schedules and reimbursement models.
