Job summary

Washburn Center For Children in Minneapolis seeks an EHR and Data Supervisor to lead Credible implementation and reporting. You will supervise three roles, guide project efforts, and partner with clinical and administrative leadership to optimize workflows and ensure QA.

Responsibilities include overseeing data systems, creating reports, building training, and ensuring compliance. This role provides backup coverage and supports the Credible partnership with a constant focus on performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in HIM, healthcare administration, business, social work, or related field.
• 3+ years of information/database management and/or EHR administration in healthcare.
• 1+ year of supervisory, team lead or project lead experience.
• Experience with QA and clinical documentation compliance.
• Proficiency with Credible BI, Power BI, Access, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 3 (EHR Manager, EHR & Data Coordinator, Data & Operational Systems Analyst) with coaching and reviews.
• Act as Project Lead for Credible projects and EHR enhancements.
• Oversee EHR workflows, QA, and reporting in alignment with policies.
• Develop and deliver Credible training curriculum.
• Create/ update Credible SharePoint pages with the EHR Manager.
• Partner with clinical/leadership to ensure KPI reporting and data needs are met.
