The Washington State Health Care Authority is seeking an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Project Director to lead statewide EHR implementation as part of the HCMACS program. This full-time hybrid role requires onsite presence in Olympia and collaboration with multiple agencies.

You will oversee project lifecycles, budgets, governance, and interoperability, with emphasis on Epic Community Connect configurations and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with complex electronic health record systems including implementation and optimization.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage teams.
• Expertise in IT project management, strategic planning, and business development within healthcare.

• Direct all phases of the project lifecycle (scope, schedule, risk, quality).
• Develop and manage charters, work plans, staffing models, and status reports.
• Align implementation activities with the HCMACS roadmap and goals.
• Serve as primary HCA representative to governance bodies.
• Oversee Epic Community Connect implementation from planning to go-live and optimization.
• Oversee affiliate onboarding and operational integration across sites.
