Job summary

Washburn Center For Children seeks an EHR and Data Supervisor to oversee Credible EHR operations and data reporting. You will supervise three team members, lead Credible projects, and partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize workflows and reporting.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 3+ years in information/database management, and 1+ year in supervision, with potential for hybrid work after onboarding. The organization values strong privacy and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in health information management or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 3+ years of information/database management and/or EHR administration in healthcare.
• 1+ year of supervisory or project-lead experience.
• Experience with quality assurance and clinical documentation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 3 (EHR Manager, EHR & Data Coordinator, Data & Operational Systems Analyst).
• Act as Project Lead for Credible projects and enhancements.
• Provide backup coverage for Credible tasks and system administration.
• Develop and maintain EHR/data reports and dashboards for leaders.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with agency priorities.
