Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is seeking an experienced EHR Business Analyst in Philadelphia to lead operational and technical aspects of the Credible EHR platform.

You will translate clinical and operational needs into effective EHR solutions, partner with clinical, billing, compliance, and IT teams, and support staff with forms, workflows, and reporting to optimize service delivery and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Health Information Management or related field required; experience may substitute.
• Experience supporting Credible EHR and related form/workflow configuration is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, security, and healthcare compliance.
• Experience with form design, workflow configuration, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Credible EHR support resource for programs, departments, and subsidiaries.
• Manage EHR tickets and coordinate with IT and Credible vendor support.
• Monitor ticket status and update program leadership on progress.
• Design and implement electronic forms and workflows within Credible.
• Provide day-to-day application support and end-user troubleshooting; create service desk tickets as needed.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards; ensure data integrity through QA activities.
• Define role-based access levels and manage user provisioning via IT processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Ops on initiatives.
