Job summary
Iowa Primary Care Association is seeking an EHR Clinical Consultant to collaborate with member FQHCs on implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of Epic EHR. You will optimize workflows, increase staff fluency, and support performance improvement aligned with Iowa PCA goals.

Qualifications
- Degree in a clinical health care field and minimum 5 years in a relevant healthcare role.
- Epic Clinical Content Builder Certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Experience using Epic EHR system in ambulatory settings preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support EHR configuration, design, build, and optimization with member health centers, vendors, and OCHIN.
- Provide training, coaching, and technical assistance to health center staff and project stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and reference resources reflecting current processes and standards.
- Serve as escalation contact for EHR teams and INCC support; monitor vendor tickets and identify trends.
- Build partnerships with member health centers, internal teams, vendors, and workgroups to share knowledge.
