Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to support providers and deliver patient care. You will assist with patient intake, document medical information, and act as a liaison between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, recording histories and vitals, coordinating with staff, scheduling appointments, sharing information with providers, and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA/EMT/PCT certification preferred; CPR certification desirable.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Support Assistant to support our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will provide assistance with intake of patients at the clinic level by collecting and tracking certain patient information, documentation to the medical record and serving as a liaison between patients and providers.

What You'll Do:

• Works collaboratively with other clinical and office staff.

• Maintains medical supply inventory in clinical areas.

General Requirements:

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED or between the ages of 15-17 with a valid work permit from their high school.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE : Successful completion of a related program and/of current C.N.A, EMT, PCT, etc preferred. Valid CPR certification.
