Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to assist our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. You will support intake at the clinic level by collecting patient information, documenting to the medical record, and serving as a liaison between patients and providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Completion of a related program or credentials may be preferred.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Clinical Support Assistant to support our providers in delivering exceptional patient care. General Requirements:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED or between the ages of 15-17 with a valid work permit from their high school.
CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Successful completion of a related program and/of current C.N.A, EMT, PCT, etc preferred. Valid CPR certification.
