Job summary

MSR Technology Group, an Inc. 500/5000-recognized company, seeks an experienced EHR Business Analyst for a long-term contract in Oklahoma City, OK. You will translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements, improve workflows, and support system enhancements and UAT.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, mapping current and future workflows, and identifying risks to enable successful EHR implementations and testing.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience with requirements documentation, workflow analysis, process mapping, and SOP development.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: experience with EHR systems, healthcare workflows, public health, or government projects.
• Preferred: MBA/MHA or certifications in BA, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Change Management.

• Support EHR implementations and enhancements through test scenarios, UAT, defect tracking, and requirements validation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on deliverables, stakeholder reviews, risks, and project dependencies.

MSR Technology Group, an Inc. 500/5000-recognized company for seven consecutive years, is seeking an experienced EHR Business Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in healthcare or electronic health record (EHR) initiatives who can translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements, improve workflows, and support system enhancements and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities
