Qualifications

• 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience.
• 4 years Progressive experience in information services or healthcare, or combination thereof.
• Experience with small to medium-scale implementations/upgrades.
• Test plan development experience.
• Information Technology or Healthcare Operations experience.
• Project management of large initiatives.
• Implementation/Upgrade support.
• Applications planning, development and implementation.
• Technical collaboration (interfaces, hardware and reporting).
• EPIC Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Prepares work plans to support analysis and testing of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Configures, implements, and maintains technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Evaluates processes, assesses feasibility of project requests, and resolves operational issues.
• Develops specifications and documentation; plans and executes test scenarios.
• Assists in developing technology standards and estimating resources; communicates variances to management.
