Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced IT professional to support business needs by identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing healthcare systems in the Philadelphia area.

You will plan upgrades, configure environments, document specifications, and develop test scenarios to validate changes across development, staging, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience.
• 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare operations.
• Experience with small to medium-scale implementation/upgrades.
• Test plan development experience.
• Project management of large initiatives.
• Implementation/upgrade support across applications planning and development.

Responsibilities

• Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions for issues and processes, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Prepares work plans to support analysis and testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
• Configures, implements, and maintains technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Evaluates work processes and feasibility of project requests; resolves operational issues.
• Develops clear specifications and documentation; plans and executes test scenarios.
• Assists in developing technology standards; estimates resources; ensures tasks meet due dates.
