Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an EHR Applications Analyst 3 to support and optimize EHR and clinical systems across the enterprise. The role drives content design, testing, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance, collaborating with business owners and clinical teams.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, lead small projects, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining system quality and user satisfaction. Healthcare setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience implementing, designing, and/or managing EHR/clinical systems.
• Experience working in a clinical setting.
• Experience with full implementation software development cycle.
• Experience in managing small projects with defined duration and scope.

Responsibilities

• Delivers work within established timeframes.
• Defines, documents, builds, and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specification documents and validates with business owner.
• Mentors junior colleagues and assists in redesigning processes.
• Conducts unit testing and supports functional/integrated testing.
• Creates documentation for testing and training teams.
• Provides end-user support during implementation and go-live.
• Participates in on-call coverage as needed.
