Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to provide high level support for analysis of low to mid complexity projects and support for EHR applications in the Fargo area. The role involves gathering workflow requirements, configuring and supporting system updates, and communicating with clinical end users to translate requirements into feasible options.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field.
OR Associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
OR 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare.
Preferred: Epic PB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified.
Preferred: Epic HB Resolute Billing Accredited or Certified.

Responsibilities

Analyze low to mid complexity projects and support/maintain EHR applications.
Meet with clinical end users to gather workflow requirements and translate them into feasible options.
Manage low to mid level projects for implementation of new functionality and system updates.
Ensure updates follow best practices and change control; communicate resolutions to end users.
