Job summary

You will configure Epic workflows, participate in upgrades and release validation, and provide Level 2 support while maintaining change-management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four years of related experience.
• 2–4 years of EHR analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic workflows, security, and documentation templates.
• Lead requirements gathering with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Assist in upgrades, release validation, and new feature implementations.
• Create and execute integrated test plans and validate builds.
• Provide Level 2 support for complex incidents and escalations.
• Maintain adherence to change-management standards.
