Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical seeks an EH&S Technician for a long-term contract in Houston, TX. The role supports the EH&S Manager to implement safety systems and procedures across the site, focusing on safety and industrial hygiene.

The position requires 1–2 years of EH&S experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must be able to coach safe work practices and participate in safety audits and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of EH&S, safety or related experience required.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and EH&S principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day EH&S programs, work processes, standards, and procedures.
• Support safety and industrial hygiene activities to help achieve site safety goals.
• Serve as a point of contact for safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental concerns.
• Coach employees and contractors on safe work practices and site safety requirements.
• Assist with incident investigations and document findings and follow-up actions.
• Conduct EH&S audits and self-assessments and review permits.
