Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety or related field; 5+ years in safety program roles.
• 3–5 years in EH&S program development or implementation.
• Credentials such as ASP/CSP, SMS, OSHA 30, or equivalent.
• Experience leading corporate‑level safety programs and platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and policy writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current EH&S processes and identify gaps to reduce risk for associates.
• Collaborate with departments to design and implement safety programs.
• Use data to monitor program performance and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on regulations and develop world‑class processes.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and report progress to leadership.
• Coach and influence teams to meet safety goals and foster a safe culture.
