Job summary

Bolder Industries is seeking a proactive EH&S Manager for Carmel, IN or Terre Haute, IN to lead workplace safety programs and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance across our manufacturing operations.

The role requires a minimum associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in safety or related field and 3–5+ years of safety management in manufacturing, including PSM-regulated facilities. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years safety management in manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years in a PSM regulated facility.
• In-depth OSHA regulatory knowledge and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Professional CSP/ASP or OSHA 30/40 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EH&S programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee permits, confined space, lockout/tagout, and high-hazard work.
• Coordinate training and maintain EH&S records.
