Accounting Search is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at an aluminum foundry complex in Indiana. You will report to the Plant Manager and work with leaders to create a safer workplace and strengthen compliance across the operation.

The role emphasizes incident investigation, regulatory reporting, training, and continuous improvement, with a focus on building a strong safety culture and coordinating across departments.

Formación

• 3-5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Foundry experience is a plus.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation.
• Maintain emergency response plans.
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture.
