Job summary

Software Placement Group in Wabash, IN is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives across our operation. You will report to the Plant Manager and partner with teams to strengthen compliance and reduce risk in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigation, regulatory reporting, training, and building a proactive safety culture across the facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment.

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.

Overview

An established heavy industrial manufacturer operating a large aluminum foundry complex is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives across its operation. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role partners with employees and leaders throughout the facility to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and build a safer, stronger workplace culture.

What you'll do
