Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an EH&S Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives at a 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex. You’ll report to the Plant Manager and partner with operations to improve safety and compliance.

Requirements: 3–5 years EH&S in heavy industrial manufacturing; foundry experience a plus. Degree preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving and communication skills; proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation.
• Maintain emergency response plans.
• Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture.
